Foot reading is an age-old tradition, similar to palmistry. However, as our feet are usually protected from the elements and rarely exposed, reading our feet is far more revealing than our palms.

Two of the most prolific foot readers of our time are Jane Sheehan and Chris Stormer.

Although I do not purport to be a Foot Reading expert, I have read said author’s books and have attended two Foot Reading courses, in Cardiff and South Wales.

Foot Reading can be an integral part of any foot massage or Reflexology session. It may certainly be integrated in all other therapies as well.
